Power Up!

I'm beginning to have difficulty finding the energy to pray as dilligently as I used to a month ago. Sure, I still pray my 5 daily prayers. But the thing is, I am not able to concentrate as much as I would like to. Do you all go through the same thing?

I've observed that many pray to satisfy the required, but they do it at lightning speed! I am sure they are able to concentrate too cos they're almost in perfect timing in all raka'ats. I wish I had those kinds of power of concentration. It's really tough for me, personally to rush through it. Even if I have an appointment that I know I'm going to be late for, I try my best to take my time. You'd be surprised that people are more forgiving when you're late because you've been praying as opposed to you missing the bus, or the cute little kitten demanded that you cuddle it till it purrs and falls asleep.

Insya Allah, I hope to receive the strength daily to fulfil his Words, and to be the best that I can be.
