Biting

Fasting during while you're at home on a rest day's all right. Nothing much to do, nothing much to think about. It's a different thing at work. All right, I've fasted at work once. But it was a Saturday, and I wasn't expected to do much. In fact, it was supposed to be my day off. So I walked around, snooped a little and went home.

Tomorrow's the real deal. Fast, accuracte and the need to be on the top of things. Just don't know if i can hack it. it's been worrying me since the time i joined. ok, i'm having it easier than most. start at 8am and knock off at 4pm. but the bus is almost always so cold that by the time you get to work, your throat's all dry. sigh... guess it's something i need to get used to or condition my body. it doesn't help that i smoke most of my daily cigi ration at work as well.

Insya Allah I can do it. we'll see.
