Dragon Flies
Su & I are going to spend CNY 2007 together with Pak Long & Mak Long. They invited us over because they were worried about Su & how she took giving up on Ya'akub's finances to that bitch of a sister. Alhamdullilah for them! We're making our way after Ashr! Yeah!! So excited!
Actually, Su wanted to spend it with me in ChinaTown, where it is on the eve of CNY 2006 we were out talking till four in the morning! And that was when our relationship first blossomed. I love you Su, know that all right?
But most people are defenseless against my prowess of persuasion. I really think it's a great time to get out of the country, be in a place where there's peace & quiet... and shhhh... i'm gonna give her an ang pao later... Insya Allah...
Just got back from the gym, so feeling pretty pumped up. Insya Allah, I'll get a membership for her. The classes at California @ Bugis is amazing! Every hour on the hour! And there's so much to choose from! I think she'll love it! We're going to try out a class next Tuesday, Insya Allah.
I'm still gloating over my "table banging" session with Gajanan yesterday. He was actually the first person to give me encouragement on the things I've been doing and the things I've been trying to do, on in-coming materials side of the process.
Encouragement from management has always been there. No pointing of fingers, everyone works as a team. What is needed most, in my opinion, is the positive motivation needed for everyone to work as a team, knowing that there'll be support regardless whoever, whatever is the problem. Of course, whoever is much easier to deal with - simply remove the person. Whatever is a little more difficult to solve. We can have only one kind of material from one supplier, so we need to manage it from all sections - logistically, production, safety, materials development, etc.
